If you still don't see your purchase after 24 hours, please follow the instructions below according to your system.
Submit a request and send us your User ID along with a screenshot of your order receipt that you received from Google Play Store to your email. Make sure that we can see the order number, which looks something like GPA. 1234-5678-9012-34567.
